I had a huge list of requests and questions to ask and before the service, so I wrote them down on a piece of paper and I was hoping to get at least 50% of them answered and done.To my surprise your servicemen Peter did an excellent job and resolved them all, like he's been taking care of his own car and not some customer's, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.Usually you don't expect much from car dealerships as they either charge you a lot and don't really care about you however I was quite amazed to receive such excellent treatment.Keep up the good work guys, I'm quite impressed and looking forward to my 30000kms service! Friendly and Not Pushy

He was friendly and NOT pushy. Good knowledge of the car we purchased and he called me after the purchase to see how the car was going and if we were satisfied with it. I will definitely deal with Brad from Hinterland again. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.

Chris was courteous, friendly but still very professional; he followed my enquiry up but was not too pushy. He was efficient and at the same time patient and he helped make the whole experience a pleasure rather than a stress. My partner has a RAV and will be looking for a new one in about 12 months' time and I hope he will be around to help her out then.

I felt the Robina dealership, well the guy that I met and took the car from me for its first (6mth) service was very welcoming, happy to chat (also gave me the number of someone that may be able to fix a small ding in my door).
