The service for my hilux was fine. The time that your staff work till is unbelievable, it is really convenient for me as I use it all day every day, they finished the service earlier then first arranged which was great to, so thank you and your team for the great service you provide, and honoring your Toyota Advantage a three hour service for $150 is fantastic. Thank you for your email regarding the recent service to my Prado. I confirm that the service encountered was very good, from dropping off the car to picking it up. As always the Toyota team were very friendly, making you feel welcome and that your custom is valuable. I should also point out that the courtesy drop off and collection was friendly, reliable and very appreciated, which adds to the overall experience ensuring total satisfaction.

Just a quick note to say that everything moved like clockwork for my scheduled service on Friday at your Burleigh location. I was greeted promptly, your service rep (Peter) had all my info at his fingertips, I was invited inside to grab a cup of tea where an employee who was at the station gladly gave me the cup she was already in the process of preparing. I had to wait appx 10 for Debbie the shuttle driver, but the facilities were in great shape and a fresh newspaper was on the table. Debbie took me straight to my home, and was very pleasant. I was contacted an hour ahead of the scheduled completion time and promptly picked up to get my car. The service performed and future service recommendations were explained.
Most important of all, this service experience is pretty much the same each time I come in. Your systems work great--good work to you all.
Because of what I've described above I don't "shop around" for my auto needs. I come to you, and if I'm paying a few dollars more frankly I'm not worried because the quality of service is worth the possible premium. Keep up the good work, doing business with you is a pleasure.

Both my partner and I love that we can have the car serviced after standard business hours. I also liked the fact that the person who took the keys ready for my car to be serviced was honest with the questions about my tyres instead of just saying that I needed to replace all immediately and charge me the extra money. He also gave me the option for another part of my service and said that it would save me money in the long run but understood that I couldn't afford it this service and said that next service would be fine.
